【Structure and composition】 This product is filtering half mask without valve to protect against particles, limited to one shift use only. The product is composed of mask body, nose clip and ear straps and adjusters. The mask body has a five-layer structure. Both the inner and outer layers are made of non-woven fabric. The intermediate filter layer is 2 layers melt-blown PP and hot air cotton. The nose clip is made of iron and PP. The ear strap is made of polyester. The adjuster is made of PP.The white polyurethane sponge strip is also provided.
【Indications For Use】The protective mask is intended used for protection against solid and oily particulates, liquid and microorganisms such as coal dust, cement dust, acid fog, paint fog, oil smoke, oil mist, asphalt smoke, coke oven smoke etc. Single-use.
【Limitations】Not suitable for working places where open flames exist (such as welding,casting,etc,); It is not suitable for professional protective use such as oxygen deficient, toxic gas environment. No medical use.
【Checks prior to use】Before use, check whether the package of the mask is damaged and the components are intact. In case of any stain or damage, discontinue use immediately.
【Transporting】When transporting this product use original packaging provided.
【USE CAUTIONS】 a）Please check fit of mask prior to use;
b）It is unlikely that the requirements for leakage will be achieved if facial hair passes under the face seal；
c）Please do not use the mask under low air quality condition, such as serious contaminants in air, oxygen deficiency
d）Do not use the mask in explosive atmosphere;
e）After use, please discard the mask following local regulation;
f）The mask is only for single use, do not use repeatedly.
g) “Warning - this product is not flame resistant and must not be used in areas with open flames”
h) Discard the respirator and replace with a new one if excessive clogging of the particle filtering half mask cause breathing difficulty or the particle filtering half mask becomes damaged.
i) Do not use the same respirator for more than 8 hours continuous or intermittent, in dirty workplaces that could result in high filter loading.

Fitting

1. Open the mask to make the nose clip at the top, and pull the ear straps with both your hands.
2. Hold the mask against your chin to completely cover your nose and mouth.
3. Pull the ear straps behind your ears and adjust them to make you feel comfortable.
4. Use both your hands to adjust the shape of the nose clip. Place your fingers in the middle of the nose clip and press it inwards while moving your fingertips along both sides of the nose clip until it is pressed to fit the bridge of your nose. (Making the nose clip, get a seal with only one hand may affect the tightness of the mask). Adjust the adjuster so to fix the mask, and make the people more comfortable.
5. Cover the mask with your hand and exhale vigorously. If you feel the air escaping from the nose clip, it is required to tighten the nose clip, if the air escapes from the edge of the mask, readjust the headband to ensure tightness.

Storage Condition: : The product should be stored in a well ventilated, dark and dry environment. Keep away from fire, pollutants and possible pollution sources. Also, the transport storage ‘s temperature: -5℃~50℃, relative humidity: < 75%RH.
