【Structure and composition】This product is filtering half mask to protect against particles, limited to one shift use only. The product is composed of mask body, nose clip and ear strap. The mask body has a four-layer structure. Both the inner and outer layers are made of needle punched cotton. The intermediate filter layer is 2 layers melt-blown PP. The nose clip is made of silver aluminum. The ear strap is made of polyester. Black polyurethane sponge strip is also provided
【Intend Use】The protective mask is intended used for protection against solid and oily particulates, liquid and microorganisms such as coal dust, cement dust, acid fog, paint fog, oil smoke, oil mist, asphalt smoke, coke oven smoke etc. Single-use
【Limitations】 1.Not suitable for working places where open flames exist (such as welding, casting, etc,);
2.It is not suitable for professional protective use such as oxygen deficient, toxic gas environment.
3.No medical use.
【Checks prior to use】 Before use, check whether the package of the mask is damaged and the components are intact. In case of any stain or damage, discontinue use immediately.
【USE CAUTIONS】 a）Please check fit of mask prior to use;
b）It is unlikely that the requirements for leakage will be achieved if facial hair passes under the face seal；
c）Please do not use the mask under low air quality condition, such as serious contaminants in air, oxygen deficiency;
d）Do not use the mask in explosive atmosphere;
e）After use, please discard the mask following local regulation;
f）The mask is only for single use, do not use repeatedly.
g) DO not use the same respirator for more than 8 hours continuous or intermittent, in dirty workplaces that could result in high filter loading.
h) The maximum service time of this respirator is five(5) consecutive calendar days(including days of non-use),beginning from the first day of use.

Fitting

The fitting is critical to the performance of the product STEP 1. Hold the respirator in hand with the nosepiece at your fingertips,allowing the headbands to hang freely below your hand.
STEP 2. Press the respirator firmly against your face with the nosepiece on the bridge of your nose.
STEP 3. Stretch and position the top band high on the back of the head.Stretch the bottom band over the head and position below your ears.
STEP 4. Using both hands,mold nosepiece to the shape of your nose .
STEP 5.TO test fit:a)Cuo both hands over the respirator being careful not to distrub position,and b) inhale vigorously.if air leaks around the edges, reposition the straps or adjust strap tension for better fit.
Please carefully follow these fitting instructions during each use to achieve proper fit. Storage Condition: : The product should be stored in a well ventilated, dark and dry environment. Keep away from fire, pollutants and possible pollution sources. Also, the transport storage ‘s temperature: -5℃~50℃, relative humidity: < 75%RH.

【使用建议】 防护面罩用于防止固体和油性微粒，液体和微生物，例如煤尘，水泥尘，酸雾，油漆雾，油烟，油雾，沥青烟，焦炉烟等。
【限制条件】 1，不适用于有明火的工作场所（如焊接，铸造等）;

配件

安装对产品的性能至关重要 步骤1.用手握住呼吸器，使鼻子保持在您的指尖，使头带自由悬挂在手下方。
步骤2.用鼻托将呼吸器紧贴在您的脸上，并将其放在鼻梁上。
步骤3.拉伸并将顶部绑带放在头后部的高处。将底部绑带拉到头顶上，并放在耳朵下方。
